Abstract

Gestation by substitution is a technique of human reproduction special assisted because it requires the intervention of a third person who acts as a pregnant. This procedure has had strong criticism from a sector of the doctrine, positioning itself against a regulation. The objective of this work is to counteract these positions with solid and founded arguments.
