Abstract

In the present work is made an analysis on an issue related to the positive norms in force in the field of intellectual property. The object of the work is to unravel the considerations of the act of creation, differentiating it in its multiple facets and delimiting the conceptualization between creation and discovery.

This work constitutes one of the essential aspects to the development as it is the discovery and invention destined to the productive process.
