Abstract

The main objective of this study is to address the normative contents, included in the Regional Trade Agreements that involve countries of the region, related to the sphere of the labor market. Specifically, it seeks to find criteria or parameters that allow defining a descriptive classification of the different types of provisions contained in such agreements, also characterizing them in relation to the different modalities or formats with which regional trade agreements have been refined over time.
