Abstract

Recent trends in trade unions membership an labor conflicts are analyzed in the paper with a spetial reference to the Argentine case. Some conclusions are drawn about the future role or labor organizations in face of technological, economic and polítial changes that could affect their future capacity to act and shape industrial relations.
