The co-vision as a space to accompany the training of counselors

This paper reviews the experience carried out in the co-vision space of the Vocational Occupational Guidance Center that depends on the School of Psychology, of the National University of La Plata. This space is dedicated to the training and accompaniment of recent graduates of the Bachelor's Degree in Psychology who are starting in the coordination of specific group Guidance processes with young people close to graduating from the secondary schools of the city of La Plata. The need arising from the practice that originates the construction of a clinical supervision space and its operation since the beginning of the year 2021 is presented in detail, marked by the COVID-19 pandemic situation and Social Isolation, promoting the virtual work modality as the only possible option. In summary, there are exposed the considerations on the innovative work developed and at the same time, the questions that enable new ways of doing, thinking and building professional guidance practice.
