La contribución de Bourdieu a la ciencia y los objetos del campo de Relaciones Internacionales

Resumen

El trabajo problematiza el papel, aún incipiente, de la sociología de Pierre Bourdieu para la comprensión de los objetos analizados en el campo de Relaciones Internacionales así como de su entendimiento crítico como un campo social específico. El argumento central del artículo se divide en dos partes. Primero, apunta a contribuciones de la sociología de los campos a una historiografía crítica de la formación del campo científico de las Relaciones Internacionales. En segundo lugar, demuestra cómo los objetos del campo, los fenómenos sobre lo "internacional", pueden ser apropiados por las nociones de Bourdieu. Además de una revisión de literatura de parte de la obra de Bourdieu, se realiza un análisis bibliográfico de los trabajos de autores internacionalistas con el propósito de contribuir a los debates teóricos del campo.
