Abstract

The article analyzes the characteristics of the recent development of the International Political Economy in the Latin American region. It seeks to highlight the contribution of the International Political Economy to International Relations, to question the processes of transformation in progress, which are defined as a crisis of globalization. To this end, several research questions are collected from a series of recently published works, through which the critical capacity of this field of study can be appreciated.
