Abstract

Three years after the implementation of the EU Global Strategy and after the advances and political declarations of both the Council and the leaders, especially in France and Germany, great strides have been made in Defense Europe. The progress made in the CSDP in recent years, the implementation of tools that were already included in the Lisbon treaty, and new tools that allow us to talk about a greater European unity in Security and Defense and an incipient development of a strategic autonomy, still complementary to NATO and far from a European Army.
