Abstract

Within the framework of the research project “The State Management for Labor Eradication of Violence Gender in the Field of Public Administration 2000-2010” resolution 145/16, the valid legislations of Argentinian Provinces will be analyzed as well as different national law drafts about workplace violence in the field of Public Administration.
