Abstract

The third sector organizations (that is to say, associations and foundations)
are meant to be called to fulfill a leading role in the current dynamism.
The latter may be observed by only thinking on the conflicts and vicissitudes of any
kind, that the modern man may undergo. The legal instrumentation, at the same
time, should offer an appropriate answer to that reality taking into consideration
its sociological profile. Brooding on concepts such as responsible altruism and not
so much on concepts of pious benevolence, the magnitude of the entities’ mission
imposes to conceive them with maturity, prudence and greatness.
