Abstract

From the protective paradigm of the Constitution and humanitarian law, developed in the Civil and Commercial Code, the typical rights of people in vulnerable situations are analyzed. It is postulated a protective justice, “of accompaniment”, articulating the bases for its regulation in the procedural regulations.
