Abstract

The external legal traffic has acquired significant importance in our time. This exchange is due to several factors ranging from the search for better economic prospects, family breakdown, integration processes, physical transport facilities and increased linkages in the virtual world. These international legal situations tend to their recognition with universal vocation. Nevertheless, how are documented you invest marked territoriality and complex topic rigorism to overcome. In this issue we try to give the matter some clarity and flexibility within the same supports.
