Abstract

The paper aims to show an aspect of the legal protection of the cultural
heritage assets of the city of La Plata, an issue it is up to the State and the whole community,
but linked to the so-called “Right to environmental and cultural heritage”,
which is enshrined in our normative system, recognizes various sources (environmentalism
and cultural constitutionalism), that transcends in our local reality - integrated
by diverse elements not only material but also cultural - forming a structure
where the relationships that occur in it, are constantly changing and it is important
to analyze the protection tools that may be applicable. These contributions provide
a first approximation to the results of the observation and analysis, in the framework
of research project J-158 / 16-17: “New ius privatists standards: symmetry or
asymmetry with the regime of the environmental-cultural heritage, its impact on
development
and governance” approved and financed by the UNLP.
