Un estudio bibliométrico sobre el diseño de tecnologías centrado en el ser humano en el turismo

La integración de las tecnologías digitales ha reconfigurado el sector turístico, ampliando el interés por el diseño tecnológico centrado en el ser humano y por la humanización de las experiencias digitales. Este estudio tiene como objetivo analizar la estructura intelectual y las tendencias de la producción científica sobre la humanización del diseño de tecnologías en el turismo. Metodológicamente, se adoptó un enfoque bibliométrico basado en la base de datos Scopus, con el fin de identificar las publicaciones más influyentes y explorar los principales ejes temáticos del campo. Los resultados evidencian un crecimiento significativo de las publicaciones a partir de 2019, asociado a la intensificación de la digitalización y la expansión de tecnologías emergentes. Se observa que la literatura se centra predominantemente en temas como la experiencia del usuario, la interacción humano-computadora y el diseño de interfaces, reflejando un enfoque funcional de la humanización. En contraste, las dimensiones éticas, sociales y organizacionales permanecen poco exploradas, revelando vacíos relevantes. Se concluye que la humanización del diseño tecnológico en el turismo constituye una agenda emergente que requiere enfoques interdisciplinarios y mayor atención al contexto organizacional, con el fin de promover el desarrollo de soluciones tecnológicas más alineadas con las necesidades humanas.
