The Action-Research process in the participatory strategic planning of public organizations, its application to the peip – Together 2020, of the FCE-UNER

The purpose of this paper is to examine the usefulness of treating the Participatory Strategic Planning of Public Organizations (PEPOP) with a focus on action research. The findings of this approach has a particular interest for the application of action-research in each process of change and organizational development that requires making use of the participatory techniques for its inspirational and life-changing wealth of organizational culture. Also, the relevance of the action research in the participatory strategic planning for large organizations in the public sector is examined. In addition, it’s described how this methodology is being applied in the development of the PEIP in the FCE-UNER. On the other hand, it is argued the usefulness of the methodology of action research in organizational transformation, it also allows closer links between the applied researches and consulting, which is an interesting way to explore by Universities, Public organizations, business and social organizations.
