Abstract

Carlos Cossio develops a theory about the law, to fully understand it, we must address one of the most complex issues that has to do with the intuition of the legal phenomenon in its existential sense, which is only perceived from the concretion of behaviors. This does not mean leaving the norms aside, but recognizing them as a conceptual structure that allows us to categorize behaviors from a legal sense. It is the norms that tell us about an existential must be, due to their direct reference to behaviors.
