The retirement mobility in the province of Buenos Aires

Abstract

This paper study of retirement mobility in the province of Buenos Aires
as a key institute of Social Law, initially dealing with the concept and basic contents
of Social Security, within which the guarantee of social mobility is inserted
and makes sense. With respect to the same, certain basic conceptual lines are given
first, linking it to National and Provincial Constitutional Law, and in a particular way with local legislation and jurisprudence, and then compared with its federal
framework. The use of local legal sources, and the parallel analysis with the national
system, tend specifically to clarify the contours of the institute under analysis within
the Province of Buenos Aires. Finally, we conclude about the operational nature of
retirement mobility, and the importance of highlighting the active role that the State
must fulfill in such a topic.
