Abstract

The analysis of neoliberal doctrine has many studies on the subject of macroeconomic reforms and its hypothesis on the Keynesian model of planning, whose most relevant work was François Bilger. Another study of neoliberal doctrine focused on the topic of governance technologies and governmentality, in the same sense as Michel Foucault. But there are other issues that are mentioned in this article that are relevant to judicial theory: it is the concept of the Rule of law or Reichtstaatt that has been formulated by Haek and Böhm. These formulations raised a point of rupture against the classic concept of the rule of law, which begins with the Weimar period and ends in the period after Germany.
