The analysis carried out in the present requires an in-depth study and conceptual delimitation of the "mandate", the "representation" and the "power" by the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation. Furthermore, its jurisprudential repercussions will be worked on, based on the Codes of the Nation and the Province of Buenos Aires. The central axis of the work is based on the form as an essential element of the "voluntary procedural representation", focusing on the regulation made in the Velezs` Code, the changes by the new Civil and Commercial Code, and the regulation that performs the Civil and Commercial Procedure Code of the Province of Buenos Aires and the Nation.
