This report shows a bibliographic research and documentaries on extended accumulation clause in the rules of origin. This paper refers also to the different types of clauses that addresssuch terms.
Many extended accumulation clauses in the rules of origin were relieved, included these ones contained in the Free Trade Agreements concluded between LAIA members and between them and third countries.
We formulate new policy proposals that would allow non-signatories to extend the benefits negotiated in both intra-LAIA agreements with third countries not members of the Association in order to encourage productive complementation policies at regional level and respecting the principles of Montevideo Treaty of 1980.
