Some reflections on Latin American Integration in the light of European Integration

Abstract
The States Integration is a necessity in this global world. The agreement of the existence of an institucional strong building and an upper law order over the nations, add to a Controversy Superior Court have guaranteed the success of the European model, althougt they will have improve in the integration experiencies of Latin America, due to nacionalism and presidencial power that reject to delegate some of its decisions. A common values must be focused on democracy and human rights, joined to create the basical communication, energetic and financial infrastructure cooperation where the main object is reduce the differences among players with solidarity
