Abstract

This article studies the evolution of the Summit of Heads of State and Government of South American and Arab Countries -ASPA-, which is a forum for policy coordination among countries and a mechanism for cooperation in the field of economy, culture, education, science and technology preservation of the environment in these two regions, taking into account multilateral and bilateral relations.

Licenciada en Estudios Internacionales (Universidad Central de Venezuela-UCV). Especialista en Información Internacional y Países del Sur (Universidad Complutense de Madrid). En el ámbito laboral, se desempeñó como profesora de la Escuela de Estudios Internacionales de la UCV. Colaboradora Investigadora en el programa de Fenomenología Política del Centro Argentino de Estudios Internacionales (CAIE).
