Resumo

En el trabajo se aborda a la Comunidad Sudamericana de Naciones como objeto político-ideológico. Se lo examina como una posible “convergencia” política o ideológica y como la manifestación de una posible necesidad de “pertenencia” geopolítica a un bloque, sobre la base del discurso de los actores decisionales, al más alto nivel político. El análisis permite identificar transformaciones y continuidades en cuanto a temas y problemas.

Abstract
The article tackles the South American Community of Nations as a political and ideological object. Based on the highest political decision making actors discourse, it is examined as a possible political or ideological “convergence” and as a sign of a possible need of geopolitical “membership” of a bloc. Such analysis allows the identification of transformations and continuities in topics and problems.
