Tourism and Agrobusiness: Alternatives to improve the quality of life of the native people

This article analyzes the relation between the culture of native people and the tourism industry. While there are significant benefits of this industry there are not reflected in improving quality of life for those who contributes to its development. Malnutrition and social consequences of these new scenarios deserves to carry out a management proposal in order to improve the quality of life of these people through incomes from tourism and a change in the agricultural production. The originality of this article is the relation between the tourism industry, as a source of income, the nutritional situation of the native people and the suitable agriculture technology to take advantages of the land.
