Abstract

The public record of the Trust is an imperative tax by the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation related to required publicity of this special contract. Undoubtedly, this registration must be made in the local Public Record in order to the connection that arises from the subjects that are members of it. Among the effects of its record, the most relevant is the enforceability of the Contract against third parties. This aspect is critical, in order to the temporary affectation of the patrimony, or part of it, to the execution of the Contract.
