Identificación de oportunidades y su impacto en las intenciones de emprendimiento

Resumo

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo medir el impacto de la identificación de oportunidades sobre las intenciones de emprendimiento. Para medir su relación, se realizó una investigación descriptiva a través de un cuestionario validado enviado a docentes de las diferentes Universidades de la ciudad de Cuenca, de Ecuador, para que compartan con sus estudiantes. Los resultados se analizaron usando regresiones simples que revelaron que el estado de alerta ante las oportunidades se relaciona directa y positivamente con las intenciones de emprendimiento en los estudiantes. Este estudio brinda sustento científico, académico y empresarial que permite formular iniciativas educativas y políticas públicas para apoyar a los estudiantes con espíritu emprendedor a desarrollar habilidades de identificación de oportunidades en el mercado.

Marcelo Calle, Facultad de Ciencias de la Administración, Universidad del Azuay, Cuenca, Ecuador.

PhD por University of Florida y tiene un MBA. Es profesor titular e investigador en la Universidad del Azuay - Facultad de Ciencias de la Administración. Es Director del Departamento de Relaciones Internacionales. Es miembro del Editorial Board del Journal of Developmental Entrepreneurship. Es Miembro de “Global Partnership for Poverty and Entrepreneurship” GPPE. Tiene 20 años de experiencia en la industria como gerente-propietario y consultor.

Ingeniero Comercial en la Universidad del Azuay; aportó en procesos de investigación. En el año 2017 en la fábrica Kamberry Denim Wear trabajó como asistente en el área de RR.HH., operador de maquinaria en el área de producción y como asesor comercial; y para el año 2021 colaboró en el área administrativa.
