EditorialAbstract
Scientific research plays a main role in the creation of knowledge and in the approach to new social issues. The journal Ciencias Administrativas intends to contribute to the study of organizations and the understanding of organizational context through the spreading of research results in the administrative area).
On this occasion, we are launching issue number 21 of the journal Ciencias Administrativas corresponding to the January-June 2023 period. This issue includes seven scientific articles, a science communication article and an essay which were written by authors from Argentina, Cuba, Ecuador and Uruguay.
The scientific articles include a paper in English on the topic: “Green Bonds: Quick Insight into One of the Most Implemented Sustainable Debt Instrument to Tackle Climate Change” and six research papers in Spanish: “Evaluación de las motivaciones utilitarias en la compra de calzado e indumentaria a través de medios electrónicos” (Utilitarian Motivations Evaluation in the Footwear and Clothing Purchase by Electronic Means, “¿Qué motivaciones laborales priorizan los trabajadores en América Latina? La gestión del conocimiento centrada en valores” (Which Work Motivations Do Workers Prioritize in Latin America? Knowledge Management Focused on Values), “Inteligencia emocional y compromiso laboral en las MiPymes de Ecuador” (Emotional Intelligence and Work Commitment in MiPymes (MSMEs) from Ecuador), “La gestión del desempeño en la empresa familiar” (Family Business Performance Management) , “La creación de valor: sus efectos en el comportamiento del consumidor de tableros eléctricos” (Value Creation: Its Effects on The Behaviour of Electrical Panels Consumer) and “Brecha entre teoría e interpretación de la responsabilidad social interna en los profesionales de gestión humana” (Gap Between Theory And Interpretation of Internal Corporate Social Responsibility by Human Resources Management Professionals)
The science communication article selected is: “Methodology to Contribute to Sustainability from the Strategic Management Process”. The essay entitled “Justice Perception and Its Moderating Effect on the Identity and Organizational Commitment in the Family Business: Theoretical Assumptions Development” completes this issue.
We would like to thank the authors, reviewers and the editorial team for their continuous contributions for the quality of this journal. We hope our papers will be of interest to our readers and contribute to the discussion of the issues addressed.
