Entrevistamos al Dr. Víctor Penchaszadeh, uno de los creadores del primer “índice de abuelidad” (que permitió identificar a hijos de desaparecidos) y del Banco Nacional de Datos Genéticos. Ha sido, además, consultor de diversos organismos nacionales e internacionales en las áreas de genética y bioética. Actualmente preside la Red Latinoamericana y del Caribe de Bioética UNESCO y es Director del posgrado de genética y derechos humanos en la Universidad Nacional de Tres de Febrero.
