PhD Ana María Morasso, is the first graduate of the PhD in Administration of the National University of La Plata, and her thesis aimed at empirically verifying the low effectiveness of deinstitutionalisation programs for adults with mental disorders in the public system of the province of Buenos Aires and design an alternative that increases the value of the program and promotes social reintegration.
