Ciencias Administrativas magazine as a means of spreading administration research, aims to make a contribution to the organization's management improvement and also to contribute to the society's progress and development. In this opportunity, we launch the 20th edition for the July-December 2022 period, in which articles and essays by authors from Argentina, Bolivia, Cuba and Ecuador are presented.
In the Scientific Articles category the following works are included: “From the CEO's point of view: Critical competencies for effective performance", "Worker-Owned cooperatives and the difficulties in achieving horizontal self-management. History and analysis of a Worker-Recovered factory in Argentina”, “The female managerial profile and the development of human and social capital: a study of female hotel owners/managers in Southern Bolivia, 2018-2019”, “Improvement of the Supply Chain Management of the Domestic Construction Materials Production and Sales Program”, “Sustainability reports of South American organizations” and "Management efficiency evaluation of basic investment companies specialized in retirement funds”.
The essays selected for this edition are: "Study of the recycled paper and cardboard supply chain in the city of Cuenca, Ecuador” and "Ecotourism management as a means of contribution to the local development of Cuando Cubango, Angola".
We hope that these works will contribute to promoting the discussion of the topics covered in them and that the readers will find it interesting. We thank the authors, the proofreaders and the members of the editorial team for their contribution to the quality of this publication.
