EditorialAbstract
We introduce issue No. 18 of the Ciencias Administrativas Journal for the July-December 2021 period. This issue includes three scientific articles, four essays and one outreach article submitted by authors from Argentina, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay.
The scientific articles comprise the following publications: “Structural Equations Model (with PLS Estimate) Based on the Service Quality and Customer Loyalty of Peruvian Rural Banks”, “Vice-Chancellors’ Measurement Instruments of Strategic Thinking”, and “Systematic Review of the Conception of Cooperative Governance”.
The essays selected for this issue are “Extended Product Life Cycle Model: PLC Approach from the Perspective of Large Technological Systems”, “The Death of Brands in the Hands of Digital Natives”, “Rethinking the Fourth Power Dimension: Organisational Subject and Cultural Change”, and “Sustainable Business Architecture: A Comprehensible Approach to Business”.
In addition, issue No. 18 is completed by the dissemination essay “The Balanced Scorecard as an Efficiency Tool in Business Management”.
Finally, we are pleased to announce that Ciencias Administrativas has been incorporated to Repec and Google Académico in order to foster the dissemination of this journal and increase the visibility and impact of authors’ publications.
We thank the staff of the journal, the authors and peer reviewers for their permanent contribution to the quality of this new issue and we hope that readers find it useful and interesting.
