EditorialAbstract
We present the 19th issue of the Ciencias Administrativas journal for the January-June 2022 period. This issue includes a review, five scientific papers, and two essays by authors from Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, and Mexico.
On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the book La fatiga y sus proyecciones sociales by Alfredo L. Palacios, the review of this work is included as a tribute to pioneering research on a topic of interest still in force in our discipline.
The following scientific papers have been selected: “Evolution of Corporate Governance Codes in Argentina”, “Insider Trading and Abnormal Returns”, “Strategic Responses of Argentine Family Businesses to the COVID-19 Crisis. Case Studies”, “Organisational Culture and Competitiveness of Restaurant and Hotel Businesses in Sonora, Mexico” and “Entrepreneurial Innovation Capabilities in Latin America. Literary Review”.
The essays “Project Management as a Strategy for the Performance Evaluation of Human Talent in Companies” and “Strength of Character and Entrepreneurial Continuity: Evidence from Ecuador” complete this edition.
We are pleased to share that Ciencias Administrativas has been in Continuous Publication since July 2021, when the first article was published under this modality. We thank the journal staff for their work and hope it will be helpful to enhance the authors’ work visibility.
We hope that the papers will interest the readers and help promote the discussion of the addressed issues. We thank the authors, peer reviewers, and members of the editorial team for their contributions to the quality of this publication.
